Sokobanja Spa
Sokobanja is located in southeastern Serbia, in a valley between the mountains Ozren (1117m) and Rtanj (1560m). From Belgrade Sokobanja is around 220km and 60km from Nis. You can come to Sokobanja through Aleksinac. Also, Sokobanja you can arrive here through regional road Paracin-Zajecar over Rtanj and Boljevac. From the Zajecar to Sokobanja path length is about 80km. In the winter, the road over Rtanj is almost always blocked with snow and impassable, so it is not recommended to arrive that way. In the summer time the nature and many restaurants in Rtanj are more reason why you should choose this road coming into the spa under the mountain Ozren.
